The ACHAFR currently has eleven International Chapters covering Europe and North America. These cover Canada, France, Germany,Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands, The United States and the United Kingdom. It also has "Contact Representatives" in Australia, Austria, Germany, New Zealand,  and Switzerland. Although there was no representation at the 2012 Rotary Convention in New Orleans plans are already underway for exhibiting at both the 2013 Convention in Lisbon, Portugal and 2014 Convention in Perth, Australia.

Over and above this, when the RI Convention is not in Europe, the European Chapters organise an International Event in Europe
